SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out of our Atlanta studio via UPS or USPS and usually arrive within 1-7 days of order. Due to the handmade nature of of products some items may take 7-12 days.  For questions regarding your order please contact info@shiverandduke.com

RETURNS 

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, items must be unworn in original packaging.  Shipping charges are non refundable.  Used items may not be returned. 

To return an item please mail items with original receipt.  ALL SALE ITEMS (including sale and flash sale are non-returnable).  You may exchange these items for a store credit                                   

All SALE items are FINAL including FLASH SALE items.
